great stay with minor issues

The service was really good with staff eager to help. The pool area was like a relaxing oasis despite being in a bustling location, offering refreshing snacks by the sunbed. The breakfast selection was diverse and made each morning a delight. The convenient shuttle service to local attractions enhanced my experience.

the shower had weak water pressure (which was a bit annoying) the room was clean with a great layout the staff helped book an awesome dinner cruise and the fitness center was really well equipped (like I was in a real gym)

I stayed in the One-Bedroom Beautiful Twin Suite for a night and it was pretty awesome. The bed was super comfy, hard to get up! The room had a nice layout and felt spacious. I loved that it was away from the busy streets, so it was really quiet inside. Plus, the pool was so nice. I enjoyed the little snacks by the pool too-but honestly, it just was good.

Location was ideal, just a short walk to all the local attractions. Plus, the staff were attentive. The breakfast spread was excellent-with plenty of cultural food options to choose from.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, with a mall adjacent to it, and the South African embassy a stone's throw away. the room was spacious, with plush beds and high-quality sheets that made sleeping at night an absolute pleasure. the view from the room was breathtaking, and the bathroom came equipped with everything we could ask for, from toothbrushes to lotions to bath wash. the service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they were friendly and accommodating to our needs.

We were impressed with the spacious and clean two-bedroom apartment, equipped with a kitchen and big screen TVs in each room. The hotel's prime location by the South African embassy allowed for easy transportation and access to the adjacent mall. The staff was polite and helpful, making us feel well-taken care of. the diverse room service menu and delicious breakfast enhanced our enjoyable experience.

Stayed at the hotel over the New Year and was pleased with the firework display hosted by the hotel. the room we got was quite spacious and it had a sofa and a balcony. the view from the balcony was amazing and it was a great spot to take in the city. the hotel had a good selection of snacks in the room which was convenient.

We found the pool to be way smaller than it looked in pictures, and it was not heated so it was too cold to swim in during the winter. the staff was not as friendly as we expected, and the location was pretty far from the main tourist attractions.

The hotel had a great location next to an embassy and a shopping mall which was very convenient. The room was excellent and offered a great view. The staff were kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a variety of delicious food options available at medium to high prices.

The hotel pool was too cold and other guests agreed that it was too cold to swim in. While the hotel offered toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other toiletries, the breakfast was too expensive and not worth the price.
